The unique floral aroma comes from using roasted rice flakes and cooked jasmine rice, combined with a familiar lager taste for Japanese consumers.

Fermented with Urkel, a Czech yeast from the yeast specialist company Imperial Yeast, this yeast plays a significant role in brewing a very clean and refreshing lager.
