Long Beach Beer Lab (hereinafter LBBL) is a brewery founded in 2017 by Levi Fried, a former doctor, and his wife, Harmony, a former chef.
Levi, who brews beer daily based on research and science, and Harmony, who writes books on yeast while baking bread at the brewery's bakery, are a unique duo in the industry.

We invite you to try LBBL's beers, which stand out even in the Long Beach area of California, a growing hotspot for craft beer in recent years.
