A hugely popular product that can be said to represent Hazy IPAs. Its golden, hazy liquid emanates the juicy, tropical fruit, peach, and citrus flavors.

"Hazy Little Thing IPA" is an unfiltered, hazy, hop-bomb IPA (Note).

One of the privileges of a brewer is being able to drink beer directly from the tank during production.

Many beers need further refinement after leaving the tank, but some do not.

Sierra Nevada wanted to share this brewery-exclusive experience with many people, and thus, this unfiltered and pure IPA was born.

It has a hazy, golden liquid color.

The aroma reveals tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, fresh grass, and malt notes.

The taste is full of juicy fruit flavors, with a subtle sweetness and a mild bitterness.

Note) In 2016, hazy pale ales and IPAs, characterized by their hazy appearance and juiciness, caused a huge boom.

The biggest feature of these beers, originating in the New England region of the northeastern United States, is their "haziness."

When people hear "hazy beer," some might associate it with poor quality, but in reality, the pale ales and IPAs we commonly drink were originally hazy.

The reason for the beautiful, clear liquid that appears when poured into a glass is that fine impurities that make the beer hazy are filtered out during the manufacturing process.

While "impurities" might be a misleading term, they are yeast used in the beer-making process and hop residue.

Of course, if they remain for too long, they can darken the beer's color and even alter its taste, but filtration, while removing impurities, also sacrifices a very small amount of the fruity aroma from hops, which is part of the appeal of pale ales and IPAs.

By not filtering, these East Coast style beers achieve a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, and by suppressing hop bitterness, they impart a tropical, juicy sweetness reminiscent of fruit juice to the beer.
